苎麻纤维机械化生产加工是实现苎麻产业化发展的重要途径。文章阐述了苎麻纤维机械化生产技术及工艺流程,综述了中国苎麻纤维机械化生产过程中的收割装备、剥制装备、脱胶用开纤装备的作业原理,探讨了苎麻生产加工技术及装备的发展方向,以期为苎麻纤维生产加工技术向高效、智能化发展提供参考。

Mechanized production and processing of ramie fiber is an important way to realize the industrialization of ramie.This paper described the ramie fiber mechanized production technology and process flow,summarized the operation principle and characteristics of the harvesting equipment,decorticating equipment,fiber separation and degumming equipment in the process of ramie fiber mechanized production in China.It also discussed the development direction of ramie production technology and equipment,so as to provide reference for the efficient and intelligent development of ramie fiber production and processing technology.
