幼儿园教师与幼儿家长的劳动教育观念调查 被引量:1

A Survey on the Labor Education Concept of Preschool Teachers and Children’s Parents

摘要 幼儿园教师和幼儿家长的劳动教育观念是影响幼儿劳动教育开展的关键因素。本研究在梳理政策文本和权威研究的基础上编制包括4个维度、17个项目的《幼儿劳动教育观念问卷》,并运用该问卷对110名幼儿园教师和100名幼儿家长进行问卷调查。结果发现:幼儿园教师和幼儿家长的劳动教育观念总体上处于较高水平,但对劳动教育的内容认知还不够清晰;幼儿园教师和幼儿家长的劳动教育观念均存在年龄上的显著差异,但不存在学历上的差异。建议:促进幼儿园教师对劳动教育理论的学习和内化,面向幼儿家长加强劳动教育的宣传和普及。 The labor education concept of preschool teachers and children’s parents are the key factors affecting the development and implementation of children's labor education.On the basis of analyzing the policy text and authoritative research,the questionnaire of preschool labor education concept is developed,which includes 4 dimensions and 17 items.110 kindergarten teachers and 100 parents were investigated with this questionnaire.The results show that both teachers*and parents*labor education concepts are generally at a high level,but their concepts of labor education contents are not clear enough;significant age differences exist in both teachers*and parents*labor education concepts,but there are no significant educational background differences.It is suggested that teachers should be encouraged to study and internalize the labor education theory and the publicity and popularization of labor education for parents should be strengthened.
