摘要
某型发射装置前摇臂在高低温试验后漆层(包括底漆和面漆)发生脱落,通过涂料性能,漆层厚度、附着力测试,红外光谱、核磁共振分析等对漆层脱落的原因进行了分析。结果表明:前摇臂基体表面存在矿物油组成成分之一的长链烃类有机物,是造成漆层脱落的主要原因;该有机物的存在降低了漆层与基体表面的附着力,且漆层和基体材料的线膨胀系数存在差异,导致高低温试验过程中漆层发生开裂,最终脱落。
The paint layer(include primer and finishing coat) of the front rocker arm of a certain type launch device shed after high and low temperature test. The causes of paint layer shedding were analyzed by property of painting, and thickness and adhesion force test of paint layer, and infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. The results show that there were long chain hydrocarbon organic substances that was a constituent of mineral oil on the surface of matrix of front rocker arm was the main reason that caused paint layer shedding. The organic substances reduced the adhesion between the paint layer and the matrix, and the linear expansion coefficient between the paint layer and the matrix material were different, resulting in the cracking and finally shedding of the paint layer during the high and low temperature test.
