基于微信平台下微课健康教育模式对白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的预防效果

Application of micro-lecture in health education based on WeChat platform in reducing the incidence of xerophthalmia in cataract patients after phacoemulsification

目的探讨基于微信平台下微课健康教育模式对白内障超声乳化术后干眼症预防的应用效果。方法选取120例单眼白内障患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组接受微课健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育知识掌握情况、术后干眼症发生情况及术后90天眼部检查结果。结果观察组患者健康知识掌握情况优于对照组,观察组术后30天和术后90天干眼症发生率均低于对照组,观察组患者术后90天角膜染色着色点少于对照组,泪液分泌多于对照组,泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用微信平台的微课健康教育模式对白内障超声乳化术后患者进行健康指导,可以提高其健康教育相关知识的掌握程度,减少干眼症的发生率,提高手术治疗后的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of micro-lecture in health education based on WeChat platform in reducing the incidence of xerophthalmia in cataract patients after phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 120 cases of monocular cataract patients were selected as the research object and randomly divided into a control group(60 cases)and an observation group(60 cases).The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received micro-lecture health education.Health education knowledge,the incidence of xerophthalmia after operation,eye examination results 90 days after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had better mastery of health knowledge than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of dry eye 30 days and 90 days after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Ninety days after operation,the observation group had fewer corneal staining spots,more tear secretion and longer tear film rupture time than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Employing health education micro-lecture on WeChat to provide nursing guidance for cataract patients after phacoemulsification can improve the grasp of health education knowledge,reduce the incidence of xerophthalmia,and improve the treatment effect after surgery.
