基于知识图谱的近五年国内健康体检可视化分析及展望

Visual analysis and prospect of physical examination in the past five years based on knowledge mapping

目的回顾2015—2019年近5年发表的健康体检相关文献,分析我国健康体检的研究热点及发展趋势,为今后研究提供参考。方法在中国知网,以主题词“健康体检”检索2015—2019年发表的期刊文献,检索时间为2019年12月。采用文献计量学方法对论文进行统计分析,统计指标包括发文量、作者及机构合作度、关键词数量等。结果共纳入期刊文献2229篇,其中核心期刊文献132篇。近5年以健康体检为主题的发文量呈下降趋势,主要核心期刊为《现代预防医学》《中国公共卫生》。文献主要来源于108个机构,284名作者。发文机构及作者主要来自医疗单位,且存在一定的合作关系,高等院校发文较少。关键词知识图谱显示近5年健康体检领域研究主要关键词为健康体检、健康管理、老年人、健康教育,时间线图谱显示近5年健康体检领域研究逐渐向应用型研究发展。结论近5年,针对健康体检领域的研究稳步发展,研究内容广泛,研究范围不断扩大,主要科研力量为医疗单位,需要更多研究力量参与,共同挖掘真实世界数据。

Objective To review the relevant literature of physical examination published in the past five years from 2015 to 2019 and to summarize the hotspots and development trends of physical examination in China,so as to provid references for future research.Methods In CNKI,the journal literature published from 2015 to 2019 was searched with the term"physical examination",and the search time was December 2019.The number of documents,the degree of cooperation between authors and institutions,the number of keywords and other indicators were counted by bibliometric method.Results A total of 2229 journal articles were included,which containing 132 core articles.In recent five years,the number of articles on the subject of physical examination has shown a downward trend,and the main core journals were Modern Preventive Medicine and Chinese Journal of Public Health.The literature mainly came from 108 institutions and 284 authors.The institutions and authors were mainly from medical units,and there was a certain cooperative relationship.There were few documents issued by universities.Keywords knowledge map showed that the main keywords in the field of physical examination in recent five years were physical examination,health management,the elderly and health education.The time line map showed that the research in the field of physical examination has gradually developed to applied research in recent five years.Conclusions In the past five years,the research in the field of physical examination has developed steadily,with a wide range of research contents and expanding research scope.The main scientific research force was medical units,which needs more research forces to participate in jointly explore real world data.
