美国对朝鲜的敌人意象与第二次朝核危机

U.S.Enemy Image of DPRK and the Second Korea Nuclear Crisis

冷战结束之后,朝鲜半岛因朝核危机的反复而不断引起世界的关注,东北亚地区安全形势陷入紧张—缓和—紧张的怪异循环。本文先用建构主义理论的相关知识搭建分析框架,然后结合历史分析美朝敌人意象的来源,之后通过考察第二次朝核危机中美朝双方的互动,验证了在敌人身份下,美朝双方在危机中的政策、行为和言语进一步加深了彼此的敌意。正是这种不断加深和反复强化的敌意导致朝核危机一再反复,朝核问题至今无法妥善解决。要实现朝鲜半岛无核化,化解美朝间的敌人意象尤其是美国对朝鲜的敌人意向极为重要。朝鲜半岛和平与稳定的最终实现关键在于美朝两国化解敌意实现真正的和平,而韩朝关系的实质性改善可以推动消除美朝之间的敌人意象,不过这将考验韩朝两国的智慧。

After the Cold War,the Korean Peninsula has continuously attracted the attention of the whole world as a result of the repeated nuclear crisis,the security situation in Northeast Asia has also fallen into an ironic cycle of tension-relief-tension.This article firstly uses the knowledge of constructivism to build an analytical framework,and then analyzes the historical source of enemy images of U.S.and DPRK toward each other.By examining the crisis interactions between U.S.and DPRK during the second Korea nuclear crisis,it verifies that under the enemy image,the policies,actions and words of the two sides had further deepened mutual hostility.It is the continuously deepening and repeated strengthening hostility that has led to the nuclear crisis happened once and again,and could not be properly resolved.In order to realize the denuclearization of the peninsula,it is extremely important to dissolve the enemy image between U.S.and DPRK.The crux of the peace and stability of Korean Peninsula is to eliminate the hostility between them,and to achieve real peace.The substantial improvement of bilateral relationship between ROK and DPRK can play an important role to remove enemy image of U.S.and DRPK about each other,but it will test both governments,wisdom.
