摘要
磁悬浮技术是我国具有自主知识产权的新技术,其采用的轨道梁在结构设计、施工工艺和施工工效等方面与铁路箱梁存在较大差异。现行铁路工程定额难以满足磁悬浮轨道梁架设的实际需要,且利用现有定额计算结果和实际工程成本方面存在较大差异,难以达到很好控制投资的目的。本文以长沙磁悬浮轨道梁工程为例,介绍了磁悬浮轨道梁的施工方法和工艺流程,采用写实记录法进行人工、材料、机械消耗量的测定并编制了补充单价分析,可为类似工程的造价控制提供有效参考资料。
Magnetic levitation technology is a new technology with independent intellectual property rights in China.The track girderis different from the railway box girder in structural design,construction technology and construction efficiency.The current railway engineering norm and standard is difficult to meet the actual needs of the erection of maglev rail beam,and there is a great difference between the calculation results of the existing norm and standard and the actual project cost.It is difficult to achieve a good control of investment.Taking Changsha maglev rail beam project as an example,this paper introduces the construction scheme and technological process of the maglev rail beam,uses the realistic recording method to measure the consumption of labor,material and machinery,and compile the supplementary unit price analysis,which can provide effective reference data for the cost control of similar projects.
