摘要 “十二五”以来,铁路基本建设投资一直保持在高位,工程定额作为项目投资和建设管理的重要制度和依据,不仅对工程造价起着决定性的作用,而且直接关系到铁路建设的可持续健康发展,采取更科学、更合理的方法获取真实、准确的定额数据,减轻并消除传统定额测定过程中的误差就显得极为重要。研究认为,利用GIS、航拍图像识别、图形算法、机器学习等人工智能先进技术开展定额测定,其方法是可行性的,数据是准确的,能够为今后智能铁路建设提供坚实的工程经济学基础。 Since the 12th Five Year Plan,the railway capital construction investment has been kept at a high level.As an important system and basis for project investment and construction management,project norm and standard not only plays a decisive role in project cost,but also directly relates to the sustainable and healthy development of railway construction.More scientific and reasonable methods are adopted to obtain real and accurate norm and standard data,which is very important to reduce and eliminate the errors in the traditional norm and standard determination process.The research shows the feasibilityof carrying out norm and standard determination by using advanced artificial intelligence technologies such as GIS,aerial image recognition,graphic algorithm and machine learning,andthe accuratenessofdata,which can provide a solid engineering economic foundation for the construction of Intelligent Railway in the future.
