摘要
针对传统非反应型胺类催化剂存在的异味、树脂变色的问题,以及现行反应型催化剂与异氰酸酯的反应活性不足、醛类超标、压缩永久变形差的问题,考察了一系列催化剂对聚氨酯软泡体系的影响。结果表明,新型反应型胺类催化剂RZETA因含有特殊的环状结构(三乙烯二胺(TEDA)骨架)和伯羟基,与异氰酸酯有很高的反应活性,因此可以成功解决上述问题。
For the problems of odor and resin discoloration in traditional non-reactive amine catalysts,as well as the insufficient reactivity of current reactive catalysts with isocyanates,excessive aldehydes and poor compression set,the effect of a series of catalysts in flexible polyurethane foam system was investigated.The results showed that the new reactive amine catalyst RZETA had high reactivity with isocyanate due to its special cyclic structure(TEDA skeleton)and primary hydroxyl groups,so the above problems could be solved successfully.
