高原土木工程多元团队融合的《土力学》教学团队建设与实践

Construction and Practice of Soil Mechanics Multiple Teams Integration of Plateau Civil Engineering

教学团队建设是本科教学质量工程中的重要内容,在"双一流"建设的背景下,《土力学》教学团队秉承多元团队融合协作的思想,以青海大学高原土木工程安全技术教学团队建设为例,结合地方高校特点,培养面向建筑工程、交通土建工程、工程管理行业的土木工程应用型人才,打造优势学科,提升团队整体教学水平,促进教师在教学、科研方面的实践锻炼,为使该教学团队为青海省建筑领域培养更多、更好高级技术人才,并发展成为服务于地方建筑行业的省级重点高水平团队,提供了新的思路与方法。实践表明:多元团队融合建设有效地提升教师的教学水平和科研能力,完善了《土力学》教学手段和方法,确保了人才培养质量,更好地满足了地方经济社会发展对高素质应用型人才市场需求。

Teaching team development is an important part of undergraduate teaching quality engineering. In the context of "double first-class"construction,the soil mechanics teaching team upholds the idea of multi-team integration and collaboration. Taking the plateau civil engineering safety technology teaching team construction of Qinghai University as an example,combining the characteristics of local universities,the training is oriented to construction engineering,transportation and civil engineering,Civil engineering applied talents in the engineering management industry,creating superior disciplines,improving the overall teaching level of the team,and promoting teachers’ practical exercises in scientific research and teaching,so that the teaching team can train more and better senior technical talents in the construction field of Qinghai Province. The team has been developed into a provincial-level key high-level team serving the local construction industry,providing new ideas and methods. Practice has shown that the integration of multiple teams can effectively improve the teaching level and scientific research ability of teachers and improve the teaching methods of soil mechanics,and ensure the quality of talent training,and better meet the local economic and social development’s market demand for high-quality applied talents.
