油库防爆电气设备管理常见问题分析

Analysis on Common Problems of Explosion-Proof Electrical Equipment in Oil Depot

针对石油库防爆电气设备在选型方面存在的Ⅰ和Ⅱ类混用、过度追求高标准,不注重经济性、错误选用防爆型式;在安全方法上存在的用钢管配线安装时不按照规范连接、电缆引入装置不能形成有效密封、防爆接线箱和分线箱的多余穿线口未封堵、电缆不按规范接线、未按要求接地、不能有效进行隔离密封、不能正确安装和使用挠性管;在检修维护方面存在的相关人员“不敢”和“不会”问题以及缺少定期维护保养的制度方法等问题,分别提出了相应对策,对油库电气设备的正确使用和管理具有参考作用。

There are some problems in the selection of explosion-proof electrical equipment in oil depots,such as mixed use of class I and class II,excessive pursuit of high standards,neglect of economy and wrong selection of explosion-proof type.There are some problems in the safety methods,such as the wiring and installation with steel pipe is not in accordance with the specification,the cable lead-in device can not form an effective seal,the redundant threading ports of explosion-proof junction box and distribution box are not blocked,the cables are not connected in accordance with the specification,the grounding is not in accordance with the requirements,the isolation and sealing can not be effectively carried out,and the flexible pipe cannot be installed and used correctly.In terms of repair and maintenance,there are some problems,such as the relevant personnel“dare not”and“can not”problems and the lack of regular maintenance system and methods.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward,respectively,which has a reference role for the correct use and management of electrical equipment in oil depot.
