Process Management of Construction and Implementation of Hydrogen Station Project

在简要介绍了国内外氢能基础设施建设和管理现状的基础上,结合中国石化集团加氬站示范项目的建设经验,对加氢站从选址、立项、设计、审批、建设、调试、验收和取证等全过程实施的管理要点进行剖析,借鉴当前国内外加氢站建设的实际情况,引入EPC设计总承包建设管理模式,对加氢站建设的项目前期、施工过程、竣工决算等提出一种模块化的过程管理方法,为加氬站建设管理提供了借鉴和参考。

Based on the brief introduction of the current situation of hydrogen energy infrastructure construction and management at home and abroad,combined with the construction experience of SINOPEC hydrogen station demonstration project,the key management points of the whole process implementation of the hydrogen station are analyzed from site selection,project establishment,design,approval,construction,commissioning,acceptance and certification.Based on the actual situation of domestic hydrogen station construction,by introducing the general contracting management EPC mode,a modular process management method is proposed for the early stage of the project,construction process and final completion accounts of hydrogen station construction,which can provide and reference for the construction management of hydrogen station.
