加强外采油品质量管理工作的措施

Measures to Strengthen the Quality Management of Purchased Oil Products.

针对外采成品油存在的质量风险问题,提出了相应对策:一是建立外采油管理制度,规范外采油流程;二是加强供应商准入管理,开展分类分级管理;三是识别质量风险,制定相应防范措施;四是严把各环节质量关口,强化过程管控;五是建立质量溯源机制,开展质量监督抽查,确保油品质量合格。

In view of the quality risk problems existing in the purchased oil products,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,such as,establishing the management system of oil products purchasing to standardize the purchasing process,strengthening the management of supplier access and carrying out classified management,identifying quality risks and formulating corresponding preventive measures,controlling strictly the quality of each link and strengthening the process control,establishing quality traceability mechanism,and carrying out quality supervision and spot check to ensure the quality of oil products.
