摘要
在简要叙述了量化管理和HSE量化管理的概念以及国内外部分石化行业HSE量化管理研究和运用现状的前提下,以国内某成品油销售企业为例,介绍了成品油销售企业HSE量化管理指标体系的设立和方法应用,提出了下一步成品油销售企业HSE量化管理结果运用的思路,为提升成品油销售企业HSE量化管理水平提供了参考。
On the premise of briefly describing the concepts of quantitative management and HSE quantitative management,as well as the research and application status of HSE quantitative management in some petrochemic*al industries at home and abroad,taking a domestic oil product sales enterprise as an example,the establishment,method and application ol HSE quantitative management index system in oil product sales enterprises are introduced,and the ideas for the application of HSE quantitative management results in oil product sales enterprises in the next step is put forward,which can provide a reference for improving the HSE quantitative management level of oil product sales enterprises.
