Research Progress of “Key Technology of Intelligent Logistics Management and Smart Services”

摘要 针对国家物流发展亟须解决的降本增效、低碳节能、提升体验、生态升级等核心问题,本文围绕智能制造供应链、多式联运、城乡配送三大应用场景,对智慧物流中的组织管理、供需匹配、关键技术与装备等内容进行研究与技术攻关。初步提出能够引领物流与产业融合发展的物流生态链智慧组织与管理模式,研究移动互联环境和多应用场景对供需智能匹配的影响,形成创新性的匹配理论与方法。研制精准定位、高速传输、安全共享、分布存储等共性关键技术和智能装备,形成一批阶段性科研成果,为智慧物流发展和物流产业升级提供科学支撑。 In response to core issues such as cost reduction and efficiency enhancement,low carbon and energy saving,experience enhancement,and ecology upgrading that needs to be solved urgently in the development of logistics in China,the key special project of "integrated transport and intelligent transportation" has set up the key research and development project of "Key technology of intelligent logistics management and smart services".This project has been launched in March 2019.It focuses on the three application scenarios of intelligent manufacturing supply chain,multimodal transportation,and urban-rural distribution.The organization and management,matching of supply and demand,key technology and equipment have been researched and technically tackled in smart logistics.Meanwhile,the intelligent organization and management model of the logistics ecological chain that can lead the development of logistics and industry integration has been initially proposed.Also,the impact of mobile internet environment and multiple application scenarios on the intelligent matching of supply and demand has been initially studied,which forms a transformative matching theory and method.And the common key technology and intelligent equipment such as precise positioning,high speed transmission,secure sharing,and distributed storage has been initially developed,which formed a batch of scientific research results.This provides scientific support for the development of smart logistics and the upgrading of the logistics industry in China.
