Key Technologies of Ship Intelligent Navigation and Control Based on Ship-Shore Cooperation

摘要 智能船舶是全球航运领域的热点,船舶智能航行与控制是智能船舶的关键、难点与瓶颈。构建船舶智能航行与控制系统,构建能够满足船舶智能航行的通信与信息服务系统,突破船舶智能感知、认知、决策等关键技术,实现船舶远程驾驶、自主避碰与自动靠离泊是当前船舶智能航行与控制的核心问题。本文针对船舶智能航行关键核心问题,以船岸协同的方式研究船舶智能航行关键技术。搭建基于船岸协同的船舶智能航行与控制系统的架构,构建通信与信息服务保障系统,突破了沿海与内河船舶自主航行避碰算法等关键技术,实现了船舶远程驾驶,为构建基于船岸协同的船舶智能航行与控制系统奠定了技术基础。 Intelligent ships are a hot spot in the global shipping field,and intelligent navigation and control is the key,difficulty,and bottleneck of intelligent ships.How to build a ship's intelligent navigation and control system,build a communication and information service system that can meet ship's intelligent navigation,break through key technologies such as ship's intelligent perception,cognition,and decisionmaking,realize ship remote driving,autonomous collision avoidance,and automatic berthing and unberthing are the current core issues of ship intelligent navigation and control.In response to these core issues of intelligent ship navigation,the topic of“Key Technologies for Ship Intelligent Navigation and Control Based on Ship-shore Collaboration”was set up in the special item of the"National Key Research and Development Program Integrated Transportation and Intelligent Transportation"in 2018.The project innovates new ideas for intelligent navigation systems,and tackles key technologies of ship intelligent navigation through ship-shore collaboration.After more than two years of research and development,most of the research tasks have been completed.The architecture of the ship's intelligent navigation and control system based on ship-shore collaboration has been built,communication and information service guarantee system has been established,the collision avoidance algorithms have been breakthrough,realized remote driving of ships,the development of automatic berthing and unberthing systems is nearing completion,and the development and construction of the ship's intelligent navigation test system has proceeded in an orderly manner.This project has accelerated the development of china's ship intelligent navigation and control technology and laid a technical foundation for building an intelligent ship navigation and control system based on ship-shore collaboration.
