摘要
设计开发了一种功能性防羽面料,经纱采用75D/36FFDY涤纶基火山岩长丝,两组纬纱分别采用75D/36FFDY涤纶基火山岩长丝和75D/36FFDY常规涤纶长丝,投纬比为2:1。采用五枚经、纬缎纹的纬二重组织,配以高经纬密度,织物紧度达98%以上。采用适当的后整理工艺后,织物防钻绒效果好,钻绒根数为12根,保温率达44%,透气率为7.9mm/s,是一种结构合理、性能优异的防羽面料。
A kind of functional down proof fabric is designed and developed. The warp yarn is made of 75D/36F FDY polyester based volcanic filament, the weft yarn is made of 75D/36F FDY polyester based volcanic filament and 75D/36F FDY conventional polyester filament, and the ratio is 2 ∶ 1. The weft double weave of five warp and weft satins is adopted, and the fabric tightness is over 98% with high warp and weft density. Through proper finishing process, the fabric has good down proof effect, and the number of drilling pile is 12. The heat preservation rate is as high as 44%, and the air permeability is 7. 9 mm/s. It is a kind of down proof fabric with reasonable structure and excellent performance.
