Thoughts on Trade Union Organizations of Vocational Colleges in the New Era

随着我国高等教育和职业教育改革的不断深入,高职院校的办学环境和教职工的利益诉求也发生了变化。高职院校工会组织如何着眼于新时期的时代特点,顺应时代要求,更好地发挥作用,是一个值得人们深入思考与实践的课题。本文针对当前我国高职院校工会工作所面临的主要问题,以提升工会的"引导力、服务力、向心力、凝聚力和创造力"为着眼点,提出了做好新时代高职院校工会工作的建议。

With the deepening of the reform of higher education and vocational education,the educational environment and staff’s interest demands in vocational colleges have also changed.The subject,which is how to focus on the characteristics of the new era,conform to the requirements of the times,and play a better role,is worth of deep thoughts and practices.In view of the main problems of trade union organizations in vocational colleges in China,the paper focuses on promoting the"guiding force,service force,centripetal force,cohesion and creativity force"of the trade union,and put forward suggestions for trade union organizations in vocational colleges in the new era.
