工科院系落实“三全育人”的实践探索——以北京联合大学智慧城市学院为例 被引量:2

Practical Exploration on Implementing“Three-all Education”in Engineering Colleges:Taking Smart City College of Beijing Union University as an Example

摘要 教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》对工学类专业在“三全育人”背景下开展课程教学提出了全新的要求。北京联合大学智慧城市学院组织深入学习习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述,立足专业特点,开展课程思政建设理论与实践的系列探索。通过“种子工程、苗圃工程和燎原工程”体现理论内涵,通过机制建设形成组织路径,并提出“123”方法体系,实现教师队伍思政建设能力与专业建设能力双提升,是对“守好一段渠、种好责任田”理念的有益尝试。 The Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Construction of College Curricula issued by the Ministry of Education puts forward new requirements for engineering majors to carry out curriculum teaching under the background of“three-all education”.Based on the characteristics of its major,the Smart City College of Beijing Union University organizes in-depth study of President Xi Jinping s important exposition on education,and carries out a series of explorations on the theory and practice of ideological and political construction in all curricula.To embody the theoretical connotation through the“seed project,nursery project and prairie fire project”,to form the organizational path through mechanism construction and to put forward the“123”method system to realize teachers double improvement of ideological and political construction ability and professional construction ability are beneficial attempts for the concept of“keeping close eyes on a section of canal,and tilling the contracted land well”.
