摘要
文中介绍了生态混凝土的概念,研究利用火山石、天然石料为粗骨料制备生态混凝土,并对吸水率、抗压性能以及植生性能方面进行了对比研究。结果显示:火山石吸水率远高于天然骨料。在同一孔隙率下,吸水率越大的骨料制成的混凝土试块内部结构相对疏松,天然石料制备的混凝土的抗压强度大于火山石制备的混凝土。在植生性能方面,火山石制备的混凝土板在满足强度要求的情况下植生性能优于天然石料制备的混凝土板;相应的白羊毛、黑麦草、披碱草在火山石组上种植其径长最长可分别达到29.2cm、28.6cm、18.4cm,在天然石料组上种植其径长最长可分别达到26.5cm、27.6cm、14cm;而白三叶和鸭绒草则不适于在此生态混凝土版上种植。制备的混凝土板在满足强度要求的情况下有较好的植生性能,为以后生态混凝土在城市河道边坡、公路护坡方面的应用提供了技术支撑。
This paper introduces the concept of ecological concrete,studies the preparation of ecological concrete from volcanic stone and natural stone as coarse aggregate,and makes a comparative study on the water absorption,compressive performance and planting energy between them.The results showed that the water absorption rate of volcanic stone was much higher than that of natural aggregate.Under the same porosity,the inner structure of the concrete test block made of the aggregate with higher water absorption rate is relatively loose,and the compressive strength of the concrete made of natural stone is greater than that made of volcanic stone.In terms of the phytophthora properties,the phytophthora properties of the concrete slabs made of volcanic stone are better than those made of natural stone under the condition of satisfying the strength requirements.The longest diameter lengths of white wool,ryegrass and elymus in volcanic rock group reached 29.2cm,28.6cm and 18.4cm respectively,and the longest diameter lengths of white wool,ryegrass and elymus in natural stone group reached 26.5cm,27.6cm and 14cm respectively.White clover and eiderdown grass are not suitable for growing on this ecological concrete plate.Under the condition of satisfying the strength requirement,the prepared concrete slab has good planting ability,which provides a green research direction for the application of ecological concrete in urban river slope and highway slope protection in the future.
