摘要
文中针对高层建筑综合体的建筑特点,以某工程房产项目为例,对消防分区、火灾自动报警系统和消防联动控制系统等方面进行了分析研究,明确了设计过程中应该包含的部分与各部分的技术要求和设计重点,旨在提高高层建筑综合体的安全性、火情监测的实时性及报警的准确性。
In view of the building characteristics of high-rise building complex,this paper takes a real estate project as an example to study the design of fire partition,automatic fire alarm system and fire linkage control system.Make clear the technical requirements and design emphases of the included part and each part of the automatic fire alarm system design.The aim is to improve the safety of high-rise building complex,real-time fire monitoring and alarm accuracy.
