Research on Optimization of MBR Membrane Cleaning Method in Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant

文中以某工程为案例,阐述了MBR膜清洗技术的概念,发现MBR膜随着使用年限增加,膜污染加剧,初始的维护性清洗方式暴露出不足。从浸泡时间、空气擦洗及清洗剂的选择等方面对膜清洗方式进行了优化,实验结果证明了这一方法的可行性。

Taking a project as an example,this paper expounds the concept and types of MBR membrane cleaning technology.It is found that with the increase of service life of MBR membrane,membrane pollution intensifies,and the initial maintenance cleaning method is insufficient.The membrane cleaning method was optimized from the aspects of soaking time,air scrubbing and the selection of cleaning agent.The experimental results show that this method is feasible.
