摘要
装配式建筑具有“五节一环保”的优点,是推动建筑业转型升级的重要途径。装配式建筑构件的设计、生产、运输和现场安装等多维空间作业,其成本风险评价复杂程度高,风险因素容易叠加。因而,开展装配式建筑成本风险评价研究具有重要性。文中采用专家调查法识别影响成本的风险因素,应用G1-FUZZY法构建装配式建筑成本风险评价模型,以某项目为例进行实证分析,研究结果表明该方法具备可行性,并基于计算结果提出相应的成本风险管控措施。
Prefabricated building has the advantages of"five sections and one environmental protection",which is an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.The multi-dimensional space operations such as design,production,transportation and on-site installation of prefabricated building components have high complexity of cost risk assessment and easy superposition of risk factors.Therefore,it is important to carry out the research on the cost risk evaluation of prefabricated construction.This paper first uses the expert survey method to identify the risk factors affecting the cost,then uses the g1-fuzzy method to construct the assembled construction cost risk evaluation model,and finally takes a project as an example for empirical analysis.The research results show that this method is feasible,and puts forward the corresponding cost risk control measures based on the calculation results.
