摘要
文中对高校工程项目过程建设中的项目设计、造价编制、项目招标、项目签订合同、项目变更、项目监督与管理、项目验收、项目结算、档案管理等全过程的精细化管理实践中存在的问题,进行了分析与探讨。
This paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the whole process of refined management practice of engineering project construction in colleges and universities from engineering project design,cost compilation,project bidding,project contract signing,project change,project supervision and management,project acceptance,project settlement and file management.
