建党初期的舆论先声:山西《平民周刊》发现之新考

The first voice of public opinion in the early days of the founding of the Party-New research on the discovery of Shanxi Civilian Weekly

中国共产党历来重视党报党刊工作,从建党初期开始,党报党刊始终是党宣传革命理论、传播革命思想、组织动员群众、开展对敌斗争的重要武器。作为山西党团组织的早期刊物,高君宇指导创办并改组的《平民周刊》在五四时期和山西共产主义思想启蒙运动中具有重要的历史地位。本文以新发现之实物为证,对山西早期《平民周刊》的创办时间、报道内容及其在传播马克思主义思想方面所发挥的重要作用进行梳理,填补了《平民周刊》早期史料实物的空白,也为纠正早期《平民周刊》创办时间这一史实提供了直接或间接的证据。

The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the work of party newspapers and journals. From the early days of the founding of the party, party newspapers and journals have always been an important weapon for the party to publicize revolutionary theory, spread revolutionary ideas, organize and mobilize the masses, and carry out the struggle against the enemy. As an early publication of the Party and League organizations in Shanxi, Civilian Weekly, founded and reorganized under the guidance of Gao Junyu, played ansignificant role in the May 4 th Movement and the Communist enlightenment movement in Shanxi. Taking the newly discovered objects as evidence, this paper sorts out Shanxi Civilian Weekly’s founding time, reporting content and the important rolein the dissemination of Marxist thought, which fills in the blank of early first-hand historical materials of Civilian and provides direct or indirect evidence for correcting the founding time of early Civilian Weekly.
