摘要
为探究林可霉素在安格斯体内的药物代谢动力学特征,了解其在安格斯牛体内的吸收、分布、转化以及排泄规律,选取5头安格斯牛,林可霉素以5 mg/kg剂量肌肉注射,于不同时间点静脉采集血液,利用高效液相色谱测定血液药物浓度,用非房室模型对药时数据进行分析。肌肉注射药动学参数为:消除半衰期(T1/2β)为3.75 h±0.65 h,达峰时间(Tmax)为0.37 h±0.21 h,达峰浓度(Cmax)为6.12μg/mL±0.34μg/mL,药时曲线下面积(AUC0-∞)为12.73μg/mL·h±0.57μg/mL·h,平均滞留时间(MRT)为3.78±0.19 h。结果表明,肌肉注射林可霉素后,林可霉素在安格斯牛体内吸收较快,消除较慢,达峰浓度较高。
In order to explore the pharmacokinetics of lincomycin in Angus cattle and understand its absorption,distribution,transformation and excretion in Angus cattle,five Angus cattle were selected.Lincomycin was injected intramuscularly at the dose of 5 mg/kg.Blood samples were collected at different time points,and the drug concentration was determined by HPLC method.The pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows:elimination half-life(T1/2β)was 3.75±0.65 h;time to peak(Tmax)was 0.37±0.21 h;peak concentration(Cmax)was 6.12±0.34μg/mL;the area under the concentration-time curve(AUC0-∞)was 12.73±0.57μg/mL.h;mean residence time(MRT)was 3.78±0.19 h.The results showed that after intramuscular injection of lincomycin,the absorption of lincomycin in Angus cattle was faster,the elimination was slower and the peak concentration was higher.
