高校教师的政治素养是教师队伍建设的重要内容,对大学生五育并举发挥着价值引领、标杆导向、典型示范作用,对人才培养发挥着基础性、先导性、战略性作用。做好新时代高校教师政治素养提升工作,首先要从立德树人根本任务的政治高度,充分认识高校教师政治素养提升的必要性;其次要从高校和教师这两个方面,客观分析高校教师政治素养提升工作过程中存在的问题;最后要从高校和教师这两个方面,广泛深入探索高校教师政治素养提升的可行路径。

In the new era,the task of university teachers is arduous and the mission is glorious,which requires university teachers to have good political literacy,shouldering the fundamental task of moral education,and accomplishing the political mission of educating people for the party and the country.The political literacy of university teachers plays an important role as value guidance,bench marking and typical demonstration in the development and progress of the“Five Educations”of students.It plays a basic,leading and strategic role in training qualified socialist builders and reliable successors of communism.It is of great significance to do well in the work of improving the political literacy of university teachers in the new era.First,we should fully understand its necessity.Second,we should objectively analyze the problems existing in its process.Finally,we should explore its feasible ways.
