校园文化建设与思政教育协同育人的实现策略

The Realization Strategy for Collaborative Education between Campus Culture Construction and Ideological and Political Education

高校校园文化建设能为思政教育提供载体,思政教育也能促进校园文化建设更好地发展,双方可共同推进立德树人根本任务的完成,达到协同育人。协同育人能进一步提升思政教育实效、实现对大学生的价值引领。但实现双方协同育人重要价值,还存在一系列现实问题,表现在顶层设计不完善、文化活动单一、育人主体分散及价值实现无法拓展等方面。为此,高校应有针对性地进行研究,从优化协同育人顶层设计角度入手,宏观把握价值的实现;丰富文化活动建设,为实现协同育人价值提供多样化载体;密切联系多元育人主体;借助信息技术和社会环境的支撑,在突破时空限制的基础上系统推进协同育人价值的实现。

The construction of campus culture in colleges and universities can provide a carrier for ideological and political education,and ideological and political education can also promote the better development of campus culture construction.The two sides can jointly promote the completion of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people so as to achieve collaborative education.Collaborative education can further improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and realize the value guidance for college students.However,there are still a series of practical problems in realizing the important value of collaborative education between the two sides,such as imperfect top-level design,single cultural activities,scattered educational subjects and unable realization of value.Therefore,colleges and universities should carry out targeted research and grasp the realization of value from the perspective of optimizing the top-level design of collaborative education,enrich the construction of cultural activities and provide diversified carriers for realizing the value of collaborative education,and contact with multiple educational subjects.With the support of information technology and social environment,we should systematically promote the realization of the value of collaborative education on the basis of breaking through the limitation of time and space.
