摘要
饮食干预是控制超重、肥胖的基础性措施,间歇性断食是指正常能量摄入和能量摄入受限交替进行的一种新的饮食模式。在饮食摄入能量受限时,因能量不足会增加机体脂肪组织的分解,发挥减重作用。与传统的持续性能量限制相比,间歇性断食减重效果明显且依从性更好。在间歇性断食干预肥胖时,需要注意断食和进食的时机、饮食热量的分配、食物营养素的比例以及进食的餐次安排等。间歇性断食耐受性良好,未发现严重的不良反应,但少数人群并不适用。
Diet intervention is the basic measure to control overweight and obesity.Intermittent fasting refers to a new dietary pattern in which normal energy intake and limited energy intake alternate.When the dietary energy intake is limited,insufficient energy increases the decomposition of adipose tissue and plays a role in weight loss.Compared with the traditional continuous energy restriction,intermittent fasting have obvious effects and better compliance for weight loss.In the process of intermittent fasting intervention on obesity,some attentions about intermittent fasting should be paid to the timing of fasting and feeding,the distribution of dietary calories,the proportion of nutrients in food and the arrangement of meal intake.Intermittent fasting is well tolerated with no serious adverse reactions.But some people are not suitable for intermittent fasting.
