新时代共青团引领凝聚新兴青年群体路径研究——以北京新兴艺术从业青年群体为例 被引量:1

摘要 做好新兴领域青年引领凝聚工作是社会发展的历史趋势,也是共青团工作的重要新兴领域和职责。以习近平总书记关于青年工作理论为指导,在分层分类为新兴领域青年提供服务的要求下,新时代共青团对新兴青年群体“引领凝聚”的科学内涵包括政治引领、思想引领和价值引领三个方面。在把握北京新兴艺术从业青年群体特征的基础上,从完善政治参与、强化社会联络、提供支持服务体系、建立规范的职业评估机制四个维度引领新兴青年群体,从而实现政治认同、组织认同、身份认同和职业认同的目标,为引领新兴青年群体成为社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人提供理论和现实的解决方案。 It is not only a historical trend of social development,but also an important emerging field and responsibility of the Communist Youth League to guide and gather emerging youth groups.Under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s theory on youth work,and the requirements of providing services for young people in emerging fields by stratification and classification,the scientific connotation of the Communist Youth League’s“guiding and gathering”emerging youth groups in the New Era includes political guiding,ideological guiding and value guiding.On the basis of grasping the characteristics of the emerging art youth group in Beijing,the emerging art youth group is guided from such dimensions as improving political participation,strengthening social contact,providing support service system,and establishing a standard career evaluation mechanism,so as to achieve the political identification,organizational identification,status identification and professional identification.This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical solutions for guiding emerging youth groups to become qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism.
