Linear Cultural Concept:Practice Trends and Structural Changes in the Protection and Utilization of Urban Cultural Heritage——Take the“Three Cultural Belts”as the Analysis Object

线性文化是我国整体文化布局的重要方向,意味着城市文化保护利用理念发生了战略性转变,而北京“三条文化带”则成为这一理念的重要实践。线性文化的提出革新了文化遗产保护利用的思路,把遗产保护从“单独个体”转向“线性整体”,使得“三条文化带”成为北京为世界城市文化建设提供的“中国方案”。在逻辑演进层面,线性文化推动文化遗产保护利用从“随机保护”走向“系统保护”,使得历史意识、当代意识、文化意识、美学意识和跨界意识在“三条文化带”保护利用中凸显。在功能变迁层面,线性文化推动文化遗产保护利用从“物理空间”走向“文化空间”,从“城市—空间—行为”关系的角度阐释“三条文化带”是人和城市思想行为的产物,并构成当代城市行为的依据。在活态保护层面,线性文化推动文化遗产保护利用从“历史深处”走向“当代生活”,而“三条文化带”作为城市可持续发展利用的资源,在当代发展文化旅游、吸引社会公众参与等方面均发挥着重要作用。

Linear culture is an important direction of China’s overall cultural layout,which means that the concept of urban cultural protection and utilization has undergone a strategic change,and the proposal of Beijing’s“Three Cultural Belts”has become an important practice of this concept.Linear culture,as a new practice trend of urban cultural heritage protection and utilization,has transformed the concept of heritage protection from“separate individual”to“linear whole”,making the“Three Cultural Belts”a“China’s plan”offered by Beijing to the urban cultural construction of the world.At the level of logical evolution,linear culture promotes the protection and utilization of cultural heritage from“optional protection”to“systematic protection”,highlighting the historical awareness,contemporary awareness,cultural awareness,aesthetic awareness and cross-border awareness in the protection and utilization of the“Three Cultural Belts”.At the level of functional change,linear culture promotes the protection and utilization of cultural heritage from“physical space”to“cultural space”,interpreting the“Three Cultural Belts”as the products of thoughts and behaviors of the people and cities from the perspective of the relationship between“city-space-behavior”,and as the basis for contemporary urban behavior.At the level of live protection,linear culture promotes the protection and utilization of cultural heritage from the“depth of history”to“contemporary life”.The“Three Cultural Belts”,as a resource for sustainable urban development,play an important role in developing cultural tourism and attracting public participation.
