Adeptation to and Quest for Changes in High Quality Development of Cultural Industry

随着中国经济发展水平和综合国力的提升,文化产业发展越发受到人们的关注。高质量的文化产业发展成为创新发展的重要因素。在明晰文化产业高质量发展涵义的基础上,分析我国文化产业高质量发展的外部环境及其必然性,从宏观、中观和微观三个层面指出现阶段我国文化产业高质量发展的痛点问题,提出在宏观层面政府应建立符合新时代发展特征的文化经济政策,在中观层面优化产业布局、提升产业效益,在微观层面激活市场主体创新力,以创新驱动相关产业融合发展的对策建议,以期为实现我国文化产业高质量发展,促进经济持续高水平发展提供有力支撑。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and comprehensive national strength,the development of cultural industry has attracted more and more attention.High-quality cultural industry development has become an important factor in innovative development.With a clarification of the meaning of high-quality development of cultural industry and an analysis of the inevitability of the external environment for the high-quality development of cultural industry in China,this paper,from macro,medium and micro levels,points out the sore-spot problems of the high-quality development of cultural industry in China at present,with the suggestions that the government establishes cultural and economic policies in line with the characteristics of the New Era at macro level,optimizes industrial distribution and promotes industrial benefits at medium level,and at micro level activates the innovation power of the market so as to drive the integrated development of relevant industries with innovation,to provide strong support to the high-quality development of cultural industry and promotes the sustained high-level economic development.
