An paraffin on-line dispersion and automatic application device for wood-based panel production was discussed.The device was composed of storage system,paraffin dispersion preparation system,accurate metering application system,automatic zoning cleaning system and control system.Through this device,the full-automatic on-line uniform and stable application of paraffin dispersion could be realized,and the physical and mechanical properties of the prepared fiberboard met the requirements of national standards,and the effect of saving consumption and reducing cost was obvious.
