一种用于核物理放电电源的移相控制技术

摘要 气体放电研究是核物理聚变科学研究的必用技术,其放电电源可靠工作是关键。针对核聚变电弧负载特殊的负阻特性和放电电源需良好的陡降特性,提出使用数字信号处理器(DSP)来实现对放电电源全桥逆变环节进行移相脉宽调制(PWM)控制。分析了移相PWM控制技术的原理,结合DSP实现移相控制的方法,给出了移相角为θ时各开关器件的控制脉冲,并设计了相应的驱动电路。在国内某双一流高校核聚变科学所建立的"等离子体-波相互作用实验系统"应用中验证了该控制方法的可行性和智能性,并取得了良好的控制效果。 Gas discharge research is an indispensable technology for nuclear physics fusion research,and the reliable operation of its discharge power supply is the key.In view of the special negative resistance characteristic of nuclear fusion arc load and the good steep drop characteristics of the discharge power source,a digital signal processor digital signal processor(DSP) is proposed to implement phase-shifted pulse width modulation(PWM) control of the full-bridge inverter link of the discharge power supply.The principle of phase-shifted PWM control technology is analyzed,combined with the method of phase-shifted control by DSP,the control pulses of each switching device when the phase-shifted angle is θ are given,and the corresponding drive circuit is designed.The feasibility and intelligence of the control method is verified in the application of the "Plasma-wave Interaction Experimental System" established by the nuclear fusion sciences of a domestic double first-class university in China,and a good control effect is achieved.
