护理三级查房在实习护士病情观察能力中的应用

Application of nursing three-level ward round in the observation ability of practical nurses

目的探讨护理三级查房在实习护士病情观察能力中的效果。方法选取2017年11月至2018年11月对广东省中医院大学城医院骨科80名进行规培的护士,根据实施方案的不同分为试验组与对照组。对照组采用常规查房模式,试验组采用三级查房模式。比较两组护士一般情况、重点病情、护理措施、健康教育评分、专业能力、评判性思维能力、专科理论、操作技能考核成绩优秀率、患者满意度。结果干预后,试验组护士一般情况、重点病情、护理措施、健康教育评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,试验组护士专业能力、评判性思维能力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,试验组护士专科理论、操作技能考核成绩优秀率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用护理三级查房后,提高了实习护士病情观察能力,其中专科理论、操作技能等效果显著,提高了患者的满意度,减少了医患矛盾的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing ward round of three levels on the observation ability of practical nurses.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,80 nurses in the department of orthopaedics of this hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different implementation plans.The control group used routine ward round mode,and the experimental group used three-stage ward round mode.The differences between the two groups of nurses in general situation,key conditions,nursing measures,health education score,professional ability,critical thinking ability,specialized theory,excellent performance rate of operation skill assessment,and patient satisfaction were compared.Results After intervention,the general situation,key conditions,nursing measures and health education score of nurses in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the professional ability and critical thinking ability of nurses in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the rate of excellence in specialty theory and operation skill assessment of nurses in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of nursing three-level ward round improves the observation ability of medical condition of practice nurses,among which the improvement effect of specialized theory and operation skills is significant,which is conducive to improve patient satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient conflict.
