SMART康复目标对脑卒中患者运动功能、生活质量及日常生活活动能力的影响

Effects of SMART rehabilitation goals on motor function,quality of life and ability of daily living in patients with stroke

目的探讨SMART康复目标对脑卒中患者运动功能、生活质量及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选取济宁医学院附属湖西医院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的脑卒中患者120例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组进行常规性护理干预,试验组在常规干预基础上进行SMART康复目标护理干预,对比两组患者运动功能、日常生活能力和生活质量的差异。结果干预前两组患者运动功能、日常生活活动能力和生活质量评分差异均不显著;干预4 w和干预8 w后,试验组患者运动功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预4 w和干预8 w后,试验组患者日常生活活动能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预8 w后生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用SMART康复目标对脑卒中患者进行康复护理干预,可有效提高患者的运动功能和日常生活活动能力,改善其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of SMART rehabilitation goals on motor function,quality of life and ability of daily living activities in stroke patients.Methods A total of 120 stroke patients admitted to this hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received SMART rehabilitation target nursing intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The differences in motor function,daily living ability and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in motor function,activities of daily living and quality of life scores between the two groups.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks intervention,motor function scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks intervention,scores of daily living activities in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks intervention,the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of SMART rehabilitation objectives for rehabilitation nursing intervention of stroke patients can effectively improve the motor function and the ability of daily living activities of patients,and improve their quality of life.
