摘要
目的评价郑州市保持消除碘缺乏病状态,掌握碘缺乏病综合防治措施落实情况,为适时调整防治策略提供依据。方法按照《河南省地方病防治"十三五"规划中期评估方案》,根据《重点地方病控制和消除评价办法》(2014版)对郑州市11个县(市、区)消除碘缺乏病工作进行市级考核评估。结果各县(市、区)综合指标得分均在90分以上,平均得分95.27分。全市碘盐覆盖率为98.85%,居民合格碘盐食用率为95.45%,中牟县最高、金水区最低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=39.069,P<0.01)。8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为214.10μg/L、甲状腺肿大率为0.64%;孕妇尿碘中位数为165.80μg/L。孕妇健康教育知晓情况平均得分9.06分。结论郑州市所辖11个县(市、区)碘缺乏病病情稳定,整体碘营养处于良好状态,均保持消除碘缺乏病状态,但也要清醒看到防治工作的困难和问题,持续抓好碘缺乏病综合防治措施落实。
Objective To evaluate the status of eliminating iodine deficiency disorder(IDD) in Zhengzhou, to master the implementations of comprehensive prevention and control measures for IDD,and to provide basis for timely adjustment of prevention and control strategies.Methods The eliminations of IDD in 11 counties(cities and districts) in Zhengzhou were assessed at municipal level in accordance with the Mid-term Assessment Program of the 13th Five Year Plan for Prevention and Control of Local Diseases in Henan Province and Evaluation Method for Control and Elimination of Key Local Diseases(2014 Edition).Results The comprehensive index scores of all counties(cities and districts) were above 90 with average score of 95.27.The overage rate of iodized salt was 98.85%,the edible rate of iodized salt was 95.45%,the indexes of Zhongmou County was the highest and Jinshui District was the lowest, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=39.069,P<0.01),the median of urine iodine in children aged 8-10 years old was 214.10 μg/L,the enlargement rate of thyroid gland in these children was 0.64%,the median of urine iodine in pregnant women was 165.80 μg/L,and the average score of awareness of health education in pregnant women was 9.06.Conclusion Eleven counties(cities and districts) under the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou have stable iodine deficiency disorders, keep overall iodine nutrition in good condition, and all these countries maintain the state of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.However, the difficulties and problems in the preventions and controls should be soberly noticed, and the implementation of comprehensive prevention and control measures for iodine deficiency disorders should be constantly properly tackled.
