2015—2019年广州市某区手足口病重复感染病例特征分析

Analysis on features of repeated infection cases with hand-foot-mouth disease in a district of Guangzhou from 2015 to 2019

目的抽查2015—2019年广州市某区手足口病重复感染病例,为手足口病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法通过传染病报告信息管理系统收集手足口病病例数据,筛选重复感染病例,采用描述流行病学方法对资料进行分析。结果 2015—2019年广州市某区共报告3 039例手足口病病例,有191例发生2次及以上感染,发生率为6.28%;重复感染者第1、2次发病时间间隔为17~1 328 d,平均371.14 d。重复感染病例发病主要集中在5—10月,最多为6月;男、女重复感染率分别为6.95%和5.49%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.55,P=0.11);重复感染病例中4~7岁儿童所占比例最大,为32.98%;重复感染病例以托幼机构儿童为主,占46.60%。实验室诊断病例19例,占重复感染病例总数的9.95%,主要以其它肠道病毒为主,占42.12%。结论广州市手足口病重复发病率较高,应做好重复感染预防控制工作。

Objective To spot check on repeated infections of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in a district of Guangzhou from 2015 to 2019,and to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of HFMD.Methods The data of HFMD cases were collected via Infectious Disease Reporting Information Management System, the repeated infection cases were screened, and descriptive epidemiology method was used for a analysis.Results A total of 3 039 HFMD cases were reported from 2015 to 2019 in a district of Guangzhou, 191 cases suffered from twice infections or incidence rate in 6.28%;the onset interval of repeated infections between the first and the second infections was 17-1 328 d with average value of 371.14 days;the repeated infection cases dominated and intensively occurred thorough from May to October and peaked in June;the repeated infection rate of males and females were 6.95% and 5.49% respectively, and the difference wasn’t statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.55,P=0.11);children aged 4-7 accounted for the top proportion among repeated infection cases(32.98%);children in nurseries and kindergartens dominated, accounting for 46.60%,19 cases were diagnosed in laboratory, accounting for 9.95% of the total number of re infection cases, other cases were dominated by enteroviruses with the proportion of 42.12%.Conclusion The recurrent incidence of HFMD is very high in Guangzhou, and it is important to properly prevent and control repeated infection.
