摘要
文章介绍了深圳市第二人民医院通过管理下沉、技术下沉、人员下沉等方式帮助深圳市大鹏新区建立了整合式与跨区域(市、区、街道“三位一体”)的医疗健康集团——深圳市大鹏新区医疗健康集团,进一步完善分级诊疗、双向转诊制度,根据发展定位援建重点学科,推进信息互联互通、人才培养、双向转诊等措施,最终提升了大鹏区属医院的诊疗水平、管理水平、病人满意度,降低了大鹏新区居民跨区就诊率,获得政府、医院和群众的满意,为深化公立医院改革提供了借鉴。
This paper introduced how The Second People's Hospital of Shenzhen City helped to establish an integrated and cross-regional healthcare group in Dapeng New District,Shenzhen City through management,technical and personnel assistance.The hospital takes initiatives to strengthen hierarchical medical and dual referral system,help develop key discipline according to development orientation and promote information interconnection,talent training,and dual referral.As a result,the level of treatment,management and patient satisfaction of hospitals affiliated to Dapeng New District Healthcare Group have been improved,and the cross-region consultation rate of local patients has been reduced.The Dapeng model has been appraised by the government,hospitals and the public,which provides reference for deepening the reform of public hospitals in China.
