紧密型医联体有效应对突发公共卫生事件研究

紧密型医联体是卫生健康服务体系架构的重要变革和发展方向,对于可持续发展和推动全面健康覆盖具有重要意义。同样地,对于应对在短期内造成严重后果的突发公共卫生事件,也具有一定作用。文章结合当下流行的新型冠状肺炎疫情的特点,从医卫融合、教卫融合和医疗资源整合三个方面对紧密型医联体的样板——罗湖医院集团进行分析与概括,并从资源配置、疾病预防和保证医院正常诊疗三个方面对罗湖医院集团在应对公共卫生事件中取得的成效进行分析,进而对我国卫生工作发展方向展开讨论。

Compact medical consortium is an important reform and development direction of the health service framework,which is of great significance to the sustainable development and the promotion of universal health coverage.Similarly,it also plays a role in handling public health emergencies that have serious consequences in the short term.This paper,based on the analysis of the characteristics of COVID-19,analyzed and summarized Luohu Hospital Group,the model of compact medical consortium,from the aspects of medical and health integration,education and health integration and medical resource integration,and analyzed the success of Luohu Hospital Group in response to public health events from the aspects of resource allocation,disease prevention and guarantee of normal medical service in hospital.Then it discussed the development trend of health care in China.
