2015—2020年肺癌患者住院费用及影响因素分析——以山东省某三级医院为例

Hospitalization expenses of patients with lung cancer from 2015 to 2020 and its influencing factors——Take a tertiary hospital of Shandong Province as an example

目的分析山东省德州市某三级医院肺癌患者住院费用状况及影响因素,为减轻肺癌患者疾病经济负担提供参考依据。方法从该院信息系统中抽取2015—2020年肺癌住院患者病案数据,使用描述性分析、多重线性回归等方法分析住院费用的变化趋势及其影响因素。结果2015—2020年该医院肺癌住院患者人均住院费用从10237元增长到16651元。多重线性回归分析显示,住院天数、支付方式、是否手术和药占比是住院费用的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者经济负担依旧沉重,建议采取控制药占比、缩短住院时间、完善分级诊疗制度等综合措施控制医疗费用。

Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses of lung cancer patients in a tertiary hospital of Dezhou City,Shandong Province and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for reducing the financial burden on lung cancer patients.Methods Data of inpatients with lung cancer from 2015 to 2020 were extracted from the hospital information system.Descriptive analysis,multiple linear regression and other statistical methods were used to analyze the trend of inpatient expenses and its influencing factors.Results From 2015 to 2020,the average hospitalization expenses of lung cancer inpatients increased from 10237 yuan to 16651 yuan.Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that the length of stay,payment pattern,surgery or not and drug proportion were the influencing factors for hospitalization expenses(P<0.05).Conclusions The financial burden on lung cancer patients is still heavy.It is suggested that comprehensive measures such as controlling the proportion of drugs,shortening the length of hospital stay and improving the hierarchical medical system should be taken to control medical expenses.
