摘要
目的评价对老年性哮喘患者进行护理的时候通过舒适护理进行干预所取得的效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年8月到我院进行治疗的66例老年性哮喘患者为研究对象,按照随机方法分为观察组与对照组,每组33例,分别将舒适护理和常规护理应用在两组患者的护理中,并比较不同护理后的效果。结果①观察组的护理满意度为93.94%(31/33),对照组护理满意度为66.67%(22/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组的并发症发生率为6.06%(2/33),对照组并发症发生率为27.27%(9/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组护理以后的呼吸功能改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理应用在老年性哮喘患者的护理中可以有效提高患者的整体满意度,并降低并发症对机体产生的负面影响,同时能改善患者的呼吸功能,属于值得推荐的一种良好的护理策略。
Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention in comfort nursing when nursing elderly patients with asthma.Methods A total of 66 senile asthma patients who came to our hospital for treatment from May 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random method,with 33 cases in each group.Comfort care and routine care were applied respectively.In the care of the two groups of patients,the effects of different care were compared.Results(1)The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.94%(31/33),and the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 66.67%(22/33),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.06%(2/33),the complication rate of the control group was 27.27%(9/33),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The improvement effect of respiratory function in the observation group after nursing was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort care in the care of elderly patients with asthma can effectively improve the overall satisfaction of the patient,reduce the negative impact of complications on the body,and improve the respiratory function of the patient.It is a good nursing strategy that is worth recommending.
