腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术与传统开腹手术治疗早期胃癌患者的疗效

Laparoscopic Distal Gastrectomy and Traditional Open Gastrectomy in the Treatment of Early Gastric Cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术与传统开腹手术治疗早期胃癌患者的疗效。方法本研究共纳入北票市中心医院收治的80例胃癌患者为试验对象,时间为2019年1月至2020年12月,依照医治方式的不同划分两组,每组40例。传统组采用传统开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜组采用腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术,对比两组患者的各项手术指标、并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜组术后并发症发生率为12.50%,传统组为32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组住院时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、切口长度均短于传统组,腹腔镜组术中出血量少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术与传统开腹手术治疗早期胃癌患者均能取得一定的治疗效果,但前者疗效优于后者,且能降低患者术后发生并发症的概率,还能缩短患者的住院时间与下床时间等,有助于促使术后患者快速康复。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic distal gastrectomy and traditional open surgery in the treatment of early gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with early gastric cancer in our hospital were enrolled in this study,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes,40 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the laparoscopic group was treated with laparoscopic distal gastrectomy.The operation indexes and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in laparoscopic group was 12.50%,which was significantly lower than that in traditional group 32.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,anal exhaust time,ambulation time and incision length of laparoscopic group were significantly shorter than those of traditional group,and the intraoperative blood loss of laparoscopic group was less than that of traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic distal gastrectomy and traditional open surgery can achieve certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with early gastric cancer,but the former is better than the latter,which can not only reduce the probability of postoperative complications,but also shorten the hospitalization and ambulation time of patients,which is helpful to accelerate the recovery of patients after operation.
