基于3.0T磁共振的女性盆底功能障碍研究

目的研究3.0T磁共振在女性盆底功能障碍诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院于2017年1月至2020年6月收治的47例盆底功能障碍患者,以临床及手术结果为参考标准,分别对患者实施3.0T磁共振检测与超声检测,评估不同检查方法的结果差异。结果3.0T磁共振检查结果显示膀胱脱垂33例、子宫脱垂34例、直肠黏膜套叠或脱垂30例、直肠前膨35例、肠疝2例、直肠脱垂2例,伴发盆腔、会阴部及大腿内侧皮下静脉曲张2例;3.0T磁共振检查结果与临床及手术结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与超声检查结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3.0T磁共振的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值均显著高于超声检查技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3.0T磁共振技术在女性盆底功能障碍诊断中的效果显著,能够满足临床诊断需求,是一种有效的临床检查技术。

Objective To study the value of 3.0T MRI in the diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 47 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were selected.Taking the clinical and surgical results as the reference standard,3.0T magnetic resonance examination and ultrasound examination were performed on this group of patients respectively to evaluate the difference between the results.Results The results showed that 33 cases of bladder prolapse,34 cases of uterine prolapse,30 cases of rectal mucosal intussusception or prolapse,35 cases of rectocele,2 cases of intestinal hernia,2 cases of rectal prolapse,and 2 cases of pelvic,perineal and medial thigh subcutaneous varicose veins were detected by 3.0T magnetic resonance,which had no significant difference from the clinical and surgical results(P>0.05),there was significant difference between the results of ultrasonic examination and the results of ultrasonic examination(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 3.0T MRI were significantly higher than those of ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion 3.0T magnetic resonance technique is effective in the diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction,can meet the needs of clinical diagnosis,and is an effective clinical detection technique.
