摘要
目的分析益气举托方、磁刺激及生物反馈治疗在产后盆底功能障碍方面的成效。方法将本院2020年3月至2021年3月收住病房并进行系统治疗的62例产后盆底功能障碍患者分为观察组、对照组,每组31例,两组均接受磁刺激及生物反馈治疗,观察组患者加用本院自拟的益气举托方剂。比较两组治疗前后盆底肌肉力量分级分布情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的盆底肌肉5级分布情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组4级分布比例高于对照组,2级分布比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他级别分布情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气举托方、磁刺激及生物反馈治疗产后盆底功能障碍时,可在一定程度上提高治疗成效,提高患者盆底肌肉力量,具备一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To study and analyze the effects of Yiqi lifting and supporting formula,magnetic stimulation and biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 62 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each group.All patients in the observation group were treated with magnetic stimulation and biofeedback.The patients in the observation group were additionally treated with Yiqi lifting prescription prepared by our hospital.The grading distribution of pelvic floor muscle strength before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the distribution of pelvic floor muscles between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of cases in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the number of cases in the second distribution was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with other levels of distribution,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi lifting formula,magnetic stimulation and biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction can improve the therapeutic effect to a certain extent,improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,and has a certain clinical application value.
