结直肠癌患者围手术期快速康复外科护理的效果

Effect of Perioperative Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing Measures for Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的对结直肠癌患者围手术期快速康复外科护理措施的效果进行研究。方法本次研究对象选自我院收治的82例结直肠癌患者,选取时间为2019年1月至2020年1月,按照患者入院编号的奇偶数进行分组,将编号为奇数的41例患者纳入对照组,剩余编号为偶数的41例患者纳入研究组,对照组患者接受常规护理,研究组患者接受快速康复外科护理,就两组患者的护理效果展开分析。结果研究组患者的首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床时间及住院时间均较对照组患者更短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率为4.88%,远低于对照组患者的26.83%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度为97.56%(40/41),远高于对照组患者的73.17%(30/41),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结直肠癌患者围手术期应用快速康复外科护理能够缩短患者的治疗时间,并降低术后并发症的发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of perioperative fast rehabilitation surgical nursing measures for colorectal cancer patients.Methods The subjects of this study were all 82 colorectal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.According to the parity of patients'admission numbers,41 patients with odd numbers were divided into reference groups,and the remaining 41 patients with even numbers were divided into study groups.The patients in the reference group received routine care,while the patients in the study group received rapid rehabilitation surgical care.The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated.Results The time of first exhaust,first defecation,first getting out of bed and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 4.88%,much lower than 26.83%of the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction survey of the two groups of patients found that the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.56%(40/41),which was much higher than 73.17%(30/41)of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative period for colorectal cancer patients can shorten the treatment time of patients,reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative complications and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
