Effect of Language Communication and Psychological Nursing in Patients with Anxiety Disorder

目的分析焦虑症患者应用语言沟通及心理护理的效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年8月在本院实施诊治的72例焦虑症患者视为研究对象,以计算机任意编号法划分为试验组与对照组,每组36例。对照组予以常规护理,试验组在此基础上实施语言沟通及心理护理,对比两组患者的负性情绪评分、护理质量满意度及生活质量评分。结果护理前,两组患者的负性情绪评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。试验组患者的生理领域、心理领域、环境领域、认知能力和社会功能评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论语言沟通及心理护理能够改善焦虑症患者的临床症状,提升其生活质量,且有助于构建良好的护患关系。

Objective To analyze the effect of language communication and psychological nursing in patients with anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 72 patients with anxiety disorder who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were taken as research objects and randomly numbered by computer into the experimental group and the reference group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group implemented verbal communication and psychological nursing on this basis,and compared the negative emotional scores,nursing quality satisfaction and life quality scores of the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of negative emotions between the first two groups of nursing patients(P>0.05),and the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group after nursing(P<0.05).The nursing quality satisfaction rate of patients in the reference group was lower than that of patients in the experimental group,and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).The scores of patients in the experimental group in physiological field,psychological field,environmental field,cognitive ability and social function were all higher than those in the control group,and the scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Language communication and psychological nursing can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with anxiety disorder,improve their quality of life,and help to build a good nurse-patient relationship.
