延续性护理在小儿紫癜性肾炎患者中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing in Children with Purpuric Nephritis

目的探讨延续性护理在小儿紫癜性肾炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年8月间我院进行治疗的小儿紫癜型肾炎患儿64例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例,两组患儿均选择采用常规的对症治疗方案进行治疗,观察组进行延续性护理,对照组进行常规护理,比较两组不同护理干预的效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%(31/32),高于对照组治疗总有效率为65.63%(21/32),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.25%(2/32),低于对照组并发症发生率为28.13%(9/32),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后患儿社会功能评分和满意度评分,高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿紫癜型肾炎在常规治疗和护理基础之上通过延续性护理进行指导能够帮助患儿提升总有效率,降低并发症发生率,并且提升患儿的社会功能,护理满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing in children with purpura nephritis.Methods A total of 64 children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.Children in both groups were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment scheme.The observation group received continuous nursing and the control group received routine nursing.The effects of different nursing interventions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.88%(31/32),which was higher than the total effective rate of 65.63%(21/32)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.25%(2/32),which was lower than the control group's complication rate of 28.13%(9/32),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social function score and satisfaction score of the children in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment and nursing,guidance through continuous nursing can help children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis improve the total effective rate,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the social function of children.The nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of promotion.
