综合护理干预在四肢创伤骨折术后疼痛护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Pain Nursing of Traumatic Fracture of Limbs

目的分析综合护理干预在四肢创伤骨折术后疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法选取抚顺市中心医院收治的采用手术治疗的四肢创伤骨折患者86例为研究对象,时间为2018年6月至2019年12月,随机将所选患者分为观察组与对照组,每组43例,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用综合护理干预措施。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者术后6、24、72 h以及术后1周视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者SF-36简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理服务的满意度显著高于对照组组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于采用手术治疗的四肢创伤骨折患者应用全面的综合护理干预措施,能显著缓解患者术后疼痛程度,有助于提高患者术后生活质量,也有助于提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in postoperative pain nursing of traumatic fracture of limbs.Methods From June 2018 to December 2019,86 patients with limb trauma fracture treated by surgery were selected from our hospital.The selected patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 6,24,72 h and one week after surgery(P<0.05).The SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention measures can significantly relieve postoperative pain in patients with traumatic fracture of limbs treated by surgery,improve postoperative quality of life,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
