综合身心护理干预在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果

Effect of comprehensive physical and mental nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic bronchitis

目的观察综合身心护理干预在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择本院2019年12月至2020年12月收治的60例老年慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,治疗同时对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合身心护理,对比护理效果差异。结果观察组患者临床症状改善及住院时间较对照组短,患者负性情绪评分较对照组低,患者生活质量评分及依从性较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性支气管炎患者临床治疗同时辅以综合身心护理干预措施,可显著提升护理质量,能够促进疾病临床症状缓解,巩固治疗效果进而提升患者生活质量,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive physical and mental nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment and the control group were given routine nursing care.The observation group implemented comprehensive physical and mental care,and compared the difference in nursing effect.Results The improvement of clinical symptoms and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the negative emotion score was lower,and the quality of life score and compliance were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis combined with comprehensive physical and mental nursing intervention measures can significantly improve the quality of nursing,promote the remission of clinical symptoms,consolidate the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of reference.
